Returning Damaged / Defective Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your order
simply return the merchandise to us and you will be entitled
to an exchange or a refund.

Before return the merchandise you must contact
customer support by email or phone  
within 10 days of receiving your product
and you must return the product to our company.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

For all cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility
of the customer.

Any postage spent to return the merchandise
to our offices, will not be refunded.
